Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Potala Karma piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unworn and in its original condition
  • Original packaging (gift box, pouch, certificate) must be included
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
  • One-of-a-kind or age-stated pieces may be returned subject to inspection

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@potalakarma.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
